IN THE WORLD OF BLINDS,

this is instructor benjamin told us on the first day's debrief..

First day ( 24/5 )
reach sch
first thing is find mathew
for class tee
class tee not v nice
but i contribute in designing
so i have nth to say

surprisingly all of our classmate paid
(except for 1)
we had briefing in the hall and our instructors are BENJAMIN & SHU NING (B&S)
we named our groups (17 & 18) salad & popiah !
den we waited for bus to fetch us to campsite
OUR BUS IS LATE ...

during the waiting time
we learn cheers ! 3 different ones

when we reach campsite we r real late ... and they starting lunch
den we have to say hungry cheer !
wenta check in to our "bunk" after eating

after tt we had HIGH ELEMENTS
WOOTS!!!

due to time constrain and drizzle rain
we manage to play two high elements

one of them is=
we have to climb this high pillar and at the top
we have to jump n try to hold on to the pole position infront

another one is=
a long rectangular shaped wooden pole and we have to climb up
there is stones on the poles like the rock climbing ones

i did try both of them but didn't manage to complete it !...
oh well..


den we have our shower and we come had dinner again
so yucky lor....
in the canteen there are like 40 lizards on the roof and argh!
many flies are around... and some strange insect

after tt we had night walk
NOT scary at all!

at last we reach our destination
the seaside
so beautiful!!!

den when we reach campsite
we had a debrief and he told us abt the one eyed jack

at last we went to sleep



Second day ( 25/5 )
wake up at 5.30
bath n went back to sleep again til 645
gather in the MPSH
have breadfast

den have some stations games...
MRT
ping pong ball
rearranging

MRT is a game whereby we are given "tracks"
and we have to manipulate a marble so tat is rolls in to a bucket

ping pong ball is in a bucket at the middle of the poncho
and we can only use raffia strings to get it out
and we are given two bucket one wif water
and another bucket for transporting the water.
we have to get the ping pong ball out without touching the poncho or bucket

rearranging
donno wat it is called so just made up a name for it
all of us have to stand on the benches
and we have to rearrange ourselves according to bday ect.
without falling off the benches


after station games....
WATER RAFTING !!!

so exciting !!!
in our grp we have potential ppl

NPCC

n dancer ????

wahaha
dancer is me lar!


BUT
they all don have rafting experience!?

so wat ever ideas we have to carried it out ...
with the help of shu ning's guidance

ok even though i m a dancer
i know how to tie knots ok!

my shifu taught me knots!
but i forgotten *shh*=P
i just follow how the others tie
in the end we realise we don have enough ropes
actually we took quite alot
all thanks to me ! =D

so we come out wif a plan
as only the big blue barrier are not tied
we decided to secure it wif the "net method"
means we net it instead of tieing it ...
not v secure though but we have confidence
and we all wore "life jackets" and took our rafts down
it floats ! duh!
den comes the challenging part
our raft have to be able to sit TEN person

first - weeliang
second- wen jun
third- MI!
forth- hweeping

OUR RAFT SAT TEN PERSON!
den we try if eleven ppl can sit on it

eleventh- chee boon

AND!

unsuccessful!
coz chee boon accidentally pull a lossen rope and ...
ta da ! dismental
but! our raft can sit TEN person and i m proud of it!
and we don blame chee boon!

anyway just wanna say to POPIAH:
if POPIAH peeps see this
i wanna say
we had a fun and enjoyable time making the raft!
even though almost all of us didn't know how to bulid a raft
we manage to bulid a floatable and sitable raft!
appreciated the teamwork and effort tt
EVERYONE put in ...
LOVE ALL OF YA! and SALAD too! ...

we all cheer and shout when our raft float!...
YEAH!

den we have our shower...
and change to long pants '
coz we have
LOW ELEMENTS!

basically we have to swing to cross over to the another side
wif the help of the rope
the difficult part is
we are suppose to get the rope which is in the middle
to us so tt we can cross
and our instructor are not suppose to bring it to us
nor can we step in to the "acid pool"
to get the rope

we were having diffculties to get the rope
den i threw my shoes hoping that it will hit the rope
and the rope will swing to us
instead
I MISSED IT TOTALLY
THE ROPE DIDN'T EVEN MOVE!
and my shoes fell into the "pool"
and "dissolve" or so
tts wat the instructor said and she took my shoes away
den stupid andy wanna tried his luck
in the end he's shoes also "dissolve" !
hahaha
she gave us a clue..."use wat we have which is long"
den someone said shoeslaces
so everyone took out our shoeslaces
including me ... (i still have one shoes left ok!)
haha
in the end we found tt we have too many shoeslace
so i have to put mine back
shoeslace to thin how to get the rope
so once again
someone suggested conneting a shoes at the end
so i volunteered my shoe! =)
so i m shoesless !

den we tried n tried and
finally got the rope !

weeliang went first
followed by andy i think
den mi!

and den more ppl come in
they always kicked my leg when they swing to the another side
two times!
argh but we had fun!


the tire one is hmm... how do i put it...
argh nvm
we have to get the tire out of a high pole and back in...
so first weeliang and donno hu stand on top of
andy and joel
and they manage to get the tire out
now we have to get the tire in
shu ning wan the gals to do it instead so me n hweeping volunteered
poor andy ... i stand on him while HP stand on joel
and we got the tire in !!!!!
yeah gal power!

the low wall...
we did it in 1 min!
everyone was up in 1 min!
andy and joel (again! yes)
position themselves at the wall
wif hands on their legs so ppl can step on it
den entai went first ... help to pull ppl up
den when i went up ...
my leg hit andy !

coz dancer ma.. leg must be straight de ma !

anyway in the end andy is the last to go and everyone have to pull him up!

and we did cheers ! FLY KITE !

broken bridge
is a series of obstical which we have to pass
and ppl have to help one another to cross
first is the "shaky bridge"
four more ppl have to help pull the rope at the side to make it stable
second is four tires
third is just a rope tt we have to cross over

hahaha...
when i was crossing the tire towards the rope
hua han did help me at all!
he made me turn round and round
in the end when one of my foot is on the rope
i did a split !
wen jun was like O.o and he ask me to relax
as i was laughing real hard
i donno izzit me or he nv help controlling the tire
anyway i laugh until my stomach pain
and i cannot continue the rope
hahaha...


den shower time!
and dinner time!
and lizards time!
hahaha
den we have camp fire !

our class presentation sucks la
hai bcoz i anyhow do!
but in the end wew liang made it up
by his disgusting "dance" during mascot
and our class won!

afterwards second day debreif
ah! benjamin sang for us !...

n later on sleep time!...


Third day
woke up at 5.30
shower again
went back at abt 6
sleep again!
haha
and gather at MPSH

have breadfast
den wenta pack up
and area cleaning
we clean the canteen !
hahaha we clean while singing the titanic song
and of course the green frog song

so high!
den we have a prize presentation!
weeliang do us proud again by being the best male camper!
den is time to go...


on our way back
we still sing and cheer
even though we had no voice!


i will always remember SEC 3 CAMP@ jalan bahtera
great memorise!

PHEW!
goodness!
exams aren't over yet but
tml is holiday ! ha
exams is total so uncool
so far i think for all my paper
i didn't do v well...
especially SS n history

today after history paper
hweeping shirlyn nicole shalyn n me

den we pass by lots of bushes
me n shir saw a scissor and a pole
me n shir was like eh ! the bushes gt weapon!!!!!
den i donno wat the hack gotten into us
we starting noticing litters and stuff underneath the bushes
